*1 C. butter (room temp)
*1/2 C. sugar
*2 tsp. water
*2 tsp. vanilla
*2 C. flour
*1 C. chopped pecans
*powdered sugar
Cream butter and sugar together. Add water and vanilla. Mix in flour and pecans.
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or over night.
Form balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet at least 2 inches apart. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar while still slightly warm.
Makes about 2 1/2 dozen.
